Holidays. Section 18.2.1. All regular employees who have worked his/her last scheduled shift preceding the holiday and his/her first scheduled shift succeeding the holiday, or are on sick, bereavement leave, or emergency use of personal leave, and are not on leave of absence, shall be eligible for pay for such unworked holiday.
