Common use of Holidays Within Annual Leave Clause in Contracts

Holidays Within Annual Leave. Any legal or declared holiday (Article 13.1 and clause 13.1.2) falling within an employee's annual leave period shall be considered as taken. The day or half day of annual leave so displaced shall be added to the annual leave period if requested by the employee and approved by the Employer, or reinstated to the employee’s annual leave credits to be taken at a later date.
