Homeport Clause Samples
Homeport. (i) Employees may only vary their homeport status with the agreement of the Employer.
(ii) In considering any request from an Employee to vary their homeport the Employer will take into account the personal circumstances of the Employee, the Employee's length of service and cost.
Homeport. For the purposes of this Delegation of Authority Master Policy "Homeport," when used in connection with specific Alliance assets, means the port where the asset is located.
Homeport. (a) An Employee may request a change of Home Port once in each calendar year.
(b) Evidence will need to be provided to the Employer where an Employee elects to change their Homeport. Such evidence includes either of the following:
(i) Driver’s licence with the change of home address;
(ii) Utility bill; and
(iii) Rates notice or rental agreement.
(c) The Employer will approve an Employee’s change of homeport (where the forgoing has been satisfied), commencing from the FWC’s approval of this Agreement.
