Personal clothing definition

Personal clothing means any clothing that is not a uniform or other standardized clothing issued by the department but does not include undergarments.

Personal clothing. It is the employee’s re- sponsibility to report to work with the appro- priate clothing to provide a reasonable de- gree of comfort and protection against the elements.
