Common use of Hospital-Union Committee Clause in Contracts

Hospital-Union Committee. There will be a Hospital-Union Committee comprised of three (3) representatives of the Employer and three (3) representatives of the Union. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.

Hospital-Union Committee. There will shall be a Hospital-Union Committee comprised of three (3) representatives of the Employer Hospital, one (1) of whom shall be a senior manager responsible for nursing service or her/his designate and three (3) representatives of the Union. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time, one (1) of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or her/his designate.
