Common use of Hospital-Union Committee Clause in Contracts

Hospital-Union Committee. There shall be a Hospital-Union Committee comprised of four (4) representatives, one (1) of whom shall be the President, or her or his designate (in her or his absence), and four (4) representatives of the Hospital, one (1) of whom shall be the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer, or her or his appointee. The membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual consent.

Hospital-Union Committee. There shall be a Hospital-Union Committee comprised of four three (4) representatives, one (1) of whom shall be the President, or her or his designate (in her or his absence), and four (43) representatives of the Hospital, one (1) of whom shall be the Vice President of Patient Care Services a senior manager responsible for nursing service or her/his designate and Chief Nursing Officer, or her or his appointee. The membership three (3) representatives of the Committee may Union, one (1) of whom shall be expanded by mutual consentthe Bargaining Unit President or her/his designate.
