Hospitalization/Major Medical. 26.01 The Employer shall select the carrier for the insurance programs herein. However, any change in carriers or programs will not reduce any of the current levels of benefits in force and effect as of, the date of ratification, as described in Appendix E unless otherwise mutually agreed between the parties as referenced below.
