Hospitalization/Major Medical. 7.01.1 For all employees hired prior to August 1, 2007, the Board shall provide single and family coverage for all certificated/licensed employees of hospitalization insurance and major medical that provides no less benefits than the 1/1/2019 POS II Plan (see Exhibit “B”). Employees hired prior to August 1, 2007, shall have the option to elect coverage under the POS II Plan or to participate in the High Deductible Plan/Health Savings Account option, outlined in 7.02 below.
