Hosting; Capacity. 1-800-Flowers will provide all computer servers, routers, switches and associated hardware in an amount reasonably necessary to meet anticipated traffic demands, adequate power supply (including generator back-up) and HVAC, adequate insurance, adequate service contracts and all necessary equipment racks, floor space, network cabling and power distribution to support the Affiliated 1-800-Flowers Site.

Hosting; Capacity. MP will provide all computer servers, routers, switches ----------------- and associated hardware in an amount reasonably necessary to meet anticipated traffic demands, adequate power supply (including generator back-up) and HVAC, adequate insurance, adequate service contracts and all necessary equipment racks, floor space, network cabling and power distribution to support the Affiliated MP Site. In the event MP fails to satisfy this requirement AOL will have the right (in addition to any other remedies available to AOL hereunder) to regulate the Promotions to the extent necessary to minimize user delays until such time as MP corrects its infrastructure deficiencies.

As long as InfoSpace is hosting the AOL White Pages under Section 2.3, InfoSpace will be fully responsible for the maintenance and the day-today operation of the AOL White Pages implementation. InfoSpace will provide AOL with a reasonably detailed network diagram. In addition, InfoSpace will provide AOL with detailed information regarding separate file downloads available from the AOL White Pages, including file size, type and download/installation procedures.
Hosting; Capacity eToys will provide all computer servers, routers, switches and associated hardware in an amount reasonably necessary to meet anticipated traffic demands, adequate power supply (including generator back-up) and HVAC, adequate insurance, adequate service contracts and all necessary equipment racks, floor space, network cabling, and power distribution to support the Affiliated eToys Site (collectively, "Hosting Infrastructure"). In the event eToys fails to satisfy this requirement AOL will have the right (in addition to any other remedies available to AOL hereunder) to regulate the promotions it provides to eToys hereunder to the extent necessary to minimize user delays until such time as eToys corrects its infrastructure deficiencies. SPEED; ACCESSIBILITY. eToys will ensure that the performance and availability of the Affiliated eToys Site (a) is monitored on a continuous, 24/7 basis and (b) remains competitive in all material respects with the performance and availability of other similar sites based on similar form technology. eToys will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that: (a) the functionality and features within the Affiliated eToys Site are optimized for the AOL client software then in use by AOL Members; and (b) the Affiliated eToys Site is designed and populated in a manner that minimizes delays when AOL Members and AOL Users attempt to access such site. USER INTERFACE. eToys will maintain a graphical user interface within the Affiliated eToys Site that is competitive in all material respects with interfaces of other similar sites based on similar form technology. AOL reserves the right to conduct focus group testing to assess eToys' competitiveness in this regard.

HWMD shall not be responsible for any such items beyond its own data center.

Should AOL exercise its option to host AOL Classifieds at an AOL data center, pursuant to Section 3.5, InfoSpace will provide all computer hardware (e.g., servers, network devices, and associated hardware) in an amount necessary to meet anticipated traffic demands, adequate insurance, and adequate service contracts. AOL will provide adequate power supply (including generator back-up) and HVAC, adequate insurance, adequate service contracts and all necessary equipment racks, floor space, network cabling and power distribution to support the computer hardware. InfoSpace is fully responsible for the maintenance and the day-to-day operation of the AOL Classifieds implementation; provided that in the event that AOL is hosting the AOL Classifieds, InfoSpace will not be responsible for the hosting and operations of the AOL Classifieds taken over by AOL as a result of such hosting hereunder. InfoSpace will provide AOL with a detailed Network diagram. In addition, InfoSpace will provide AOL with detailed information regarding separate file downloads available from the AOL Classifieds, including file size, type and download/installation procedures.
