Equipment Racks a. Equipment racks in a TR shall be equipped with a CMS (see Horizontal Pathways, below). b. Equipment racks shall be provided with clearances as prescribed in BICSI standards.
Equipment Racks. Pathnet shall furnish and install all equipment racks necessary for the Equipment installed by Pathnet in accordance with the Specifications.

Fans, louvers, filters and thermostat control for the clean efficient exhaust of heat from the enclosure. e. Pull-out light source shelf with movable and extendable light sources (min. 2) to assist with detailed rack work and identification. f. Draw out tray to place papers, laptop or tools during rack access or work. g. Power strips for equipment connection with 50% spare capacity.
Equipment Racks. PathNet shall recommend and PathNet or its designated subcontractors shall install all equipment racks necessary for the Equipment installed by PathNet in accordance with the Specifications.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Equipment Usage Equipment provided by Sauk County Department of Human Services is the property of Sauk County Department of Human Services. Upon termination of the Contractors employee using the equipment, or termination of the contract between Sauk County DHS and the said Contractor, the equipment must be returned within (5) five working days. If the equipment is damaged or not returned, the Contractor will be held responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment. Sauk County may withhold from future payments the replacement cost of the said equipment or take any other necessary action.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Equipment Rental Copies of rental agreements for the equipment used, including the rental rate; and the number of hours the equipment was used on the project.
