Hotel Closure. Hotel shall provide THOR with sixty (60) days prior written notice in the event of a Hotel closure for renovations not due to a force majeure event.

Hotel Closure. 30.01 The Employer shall advise the Union in advance of any contemplated shutdown of operations, full or partial (i.e. department closure), that will affect the Employees. Notice shall be in writing, and indicate the reason for the action.
Hotel Closure. As set forth in Section 17.01 of the Declaration, the Project may be temporarily closed to the public during certain periods of the year (each, a “Closure Period”). During a Closure Period, Owner may still use and occupy the Unit, but various services and facilities may not be available. If an Owner decides to occupy the Unit during any such Closure Period, then the Manager will not charge the Owner for the Owner Occupancy Fee for such Owner Occupancy period. Furthermore, Owner acknowledges that, during a Closure Period, the Manager will not provide the services as set forth in Paragraph 3.3 herein and therefore Leisure Guests will not be permitted to enter and/or occupy a Unit at the Project. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be impaired as a result of any Closure Periods.

Hotel agrees that TRAVELSAVERS may solicit each Hotel, by email and regular mail, with information pertaining to TRAVELSAVERS’s publication marketing opportunities which includes, but is not limited to, advertising, TRAVELSAVERS updates and news.

  • School Closure The School shall make reasonable efforts to promptly notify the public, which may include notice to the Department of Education, of any circumstance requiring the closure of the School, including, but not limited to, a natural disaster, such as an earthquake, storm, tsunami, flood, or other weather-related event, other extraordinary emergency, or destruction of or damage to the School facility;

  • PLANT CLOSURE 29.01 In the event the Company closes the plant at the Cambridge location as a result of the loss of business or a discontinuation of all operations, severance pay will be calculated at one (1) week’s regular pay per year of service.
