Hours and Standards. Supplier, if engaged hereby for construction in an amount in excess of $2000 or other work in an amount of $2500 that involves the employment of mechanics or laborers, shall comply with Sections 102 and 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327-333), as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR part 5).

Hours and Standards. On Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (other than holidays which are defined as New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving holidays, and Christmas holidays), Landlord shall ventilate the Premises and furnish heat or air conditioning from the heating, ventilation and air conditioning ("HVAC") system serving the Building, at such temperatures and in such amounts as is customary in buildings of comparable size, quality and in the general vicinity of the Building, with such adjustments as Landlord reasonably deems necessary for the comfortable occupancy of the Premises, subject to events of force majeure and to any governmental requirements, ordinances, rules, regulations, guidelines or standards relating to, among other things, energy conservation. Landlord shall, on a continuous basis and at all times, supply the Premises with chilled water from the Building's HVAC system to meet the following performance standards: chilled water meeting the load requirements of one (1) ton per 200 square feet of Agreed Rentable Area leased by Tenant delivered at a specified constant temperature (+/-5(0) F.) selected from temperatures in a range from 42 - 48 F. The specific temperature may be changed by Landlord from time to time within the range indicated in the preceding sentence.

  • Standards Any additions, modifications, or replacements made to a Party’s facilities shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with this Agreement, NYISO requirements and Good Utility Practice.

  • Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.

  • General Standard Without prejudice to all other obligations of the parties under this contract, each party shall, in its dealings with the other for the purpose of, and in the course of performance of its obligations under, this contract, act with due efficiency and economy and in a timely manner with that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight which should be exercised by a skilled and experienced:

  • General Standard of Care The Custodian shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in carrying out all of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, and shall be liable to the Fund for all loss, damage and expense suffered or incurred by the Fund resulting from the failure of the Custodian to exercise such reasonable care and diligence.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Standards for Determining Commercial Reasonableness Borrower and Silicon agree that a sale or other disposition (collectively, "sale") of any Collateral which complies with the following standards will conclusively be deemed to be commercially reasonable: (i) Notice of the sale is given to Borrower at least seven days prior to the sale, and, in the case of a public sale, notice of the sale is published at least seven days before the sale in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the sale is to be conducted; (ii) Notice of the sale describes the collateral in general, non-specific terms; (iii) The sale is conducted at a place designated by Silicon, with or without the Collateral being present; (iv) The sale commences at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m; (v) Payment of the purchase price in cash or by cashier's check or wire transfer is required; (vi) With respect to any sale of any of the Collateral, Silicon may (but is not obligated to) direct any prospective purchaser to ascertain directly from Borrower any and all information concerning the same. Silicon shall be free to employ other methods of noticing and selling the Collateral, in its discretion, if they are commercially reasonable.

  • Compliance with Rules and Policies The Executive shall perform all services in accordance with the lawful policies, procedures and rules established by the Company and the Board. In addition, the Executive shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations that are generally applicable to the Company or its subsidiaries and their respective employees, directors and officers.
