HOURS OF WORK & HOLIDAYS. 6.01 The regular workweek shall consist of 35 hours and shall be worked as follows: 7 hours daily, Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m. and quitting at 4:30 p.m. The employer may initiate hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for individual employees. Employer will canvas on a volunteer basis, based on seniority. 6.02 If necessary to have a 2nd or 3rd shift, the regular quitting time of which is later than 4:30
