HOURS -- WAGE PAYMENTS -- WORKING CONDITIONS and HOLIDAYS. Section 3.01 (a) Eight (8) hours work between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the Union) with one-half (1/2) hour for lunch shall constitute a work day. Forty (40) hours within five (5) days, Monday through Friday shall constitute the work week.
