House Staff Officers and Attending Physician. Subject to the provisions set forth herein, House Staff Officers and Attending Physicians would contribute up to $1,550,000 in the aggregate to the Tail Fund. The Plan will provide that House Staff Officers and Attending Physicians will contribute proceeds of their allowed priority claims, including claims for severance, under 11 U.S.C. 507(a)(4) to the Tail Fund in the amounts set forth below:

  • Staff Nurse A registered nurse who is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of the patient.

  • SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEES 1. If the majority of the teaching staff in the school so decide, there shall be established a recognized staff committee in that school.

  • Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.

  • Nurse is an employee included in the Bargaining Unit described in Article 2.00.

  • Physician's Statement Employees requesting Temporary Disability Leave shall submit to the Chief, through the chain of command, a written statement from their physician verifying their condition, recommending limited duty or leave of absence, and describing their limitations and prognosis. The Chief may refer employees for additional evaluation of their condition. A written medical release from a physician shall be submitted prior to an employee's return to full or limited duty.
