Housing Quality Standards. The Landlord shall maintain the dwelling unit, common areas, equipment, facilities and appliances in decent, safe, and sanitary condition (as determined by Section 8 Housing Quality Standards).
Housing Quality Standards. Recipient shall ensure that all housing assisted with funds provided under this Agreement shall meet the requirements of 24 CFR 92.251 for the duration of this Agreement.
Housing Quality Standards. The owner warrants that the contract units comply with HUD's Housing Quality Standards, and will so comply at all times during the term of this renewal contract.
Housing Quality Standards a. The PHA shall not make any housing assistance payments if the housing, including the space and the manufactured home, does not comply with the HQS, regardless of whether the failure is caused by the owner or by the household.
b. The PHA may inspect the mobile home park, the space and the manufactured home at such times as the PHA determines n ecessary to ensure that the unit is in acco r- dance with the HQS.
c. The PHA must notify the owner and the tenant of any HQS defects shown by the inspection.
d. The owner must provide all maintenance and management services for the space as agreed to in the lease.
Housing Quality Standards. Housing assisted with NSP Program funds under this Agreement shall be maintained to meet U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Housing Quality Standards and local housing code requirements for the duration of this Agreement. Any NSP-assisted rehabilitation shall be to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, codes, and other requirements relating to housing safety, quality and habitability, in order to rent or redevelop the Property.
Housing Quality Standards. All housing units assisted under this agreement must comply with HQS as certified by the Authority or its designee. Copy of HQS inspection and inspection results must be maintained in ACSSA client folder and a copy submitted to OHA.
Housing Quality Standards. Borrower shall maintain the HOME-Assisted Units in compliance with applicable property standards as required by Section 92.251.
Housing Quality Standards. Developer agrees to rehabilitate the Project in accordance with the Federal Housing Quality Standards, 24 CFR §982.401, the City Municipal Code and all other applicable local codes, rehabilitation standards, state and local requirements, zoning ordinances, other ordinances and regulations.
Housing Quality Standards. Housing occupied by a family receiving TBRA must meet the requirements set forth in 24 CFR §982.401 (HQS). The Subrecipient must inspect it initially and re-inspect it annually.
Housing Quality Standards. Housing units occupied by a household receiving rental assistance by the Subrecipient must meet the requirements set forth in 24 CFR §982.401 (HQS) or meet City minimum standards to be suitable environment for safe and healthy living. City staff will be allowed to accompany an HQS Inspection performed by the Subrecipient. A copy of the HSQ inspection will be maintained on file by the Subrecipient.
