Housing Services The owner must provide all housing services as agreed to in the lease.
Housing Benefit The Landlord undertakes to reimburse the Agent for any claims arising from overpayment which may be made by the local authority in respect of housing benefit, or other benefit scheme, paid to or on behalf of the Tenant(s) as rent. This undertaking shall remain in force during the currency of the tenancy and up six years thereafter, whether or not the Agent continues to be engaged to let or manage the Property under this Agreement.
Housing Allowance 48.01 Full time employees shall receive a housing allowance of five thousand four hundred dollars ($5,400) per year. Part-time employees will be paid the Housing Allowance prorated according to their hours of work. Casual employees will be paid a Housing Allowance according to their hours of work when they are replacing a full-time or a part-time employee.
