Human Rights and Modern Slavery. In performing your obligations under this agreement, you must comply with all applicable modern slavery laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force; and take reasonable steps to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in your or your subcontractors’ supply chains or business operations.

In performing its obligations under the Agreement, Pluralsight shall, and shall procure that each of its subcontractors, suppliers and other participants in its supply chain, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and codes in relation to Modern Slavery including, but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (collectively, the “Acts”). Pluralsight has and shall maintain throughout the Term of this Agreement, its own policies and procedures to ensure its compliance with these Acts.
