Human Rights Training. To ensure that all employees understand their rights and obligations under Article 1, Section 1.03 and Article 20, Section 20.10 of the Collective Agreement, the Company agrees to provide one (1) day of training for Management and Union representatives within six (6) months of the signing of this Agreement. The Company agrees to provide an educational awareness program for all employees, within twelve (12) months of the completion of the one (1) day Management/Union training. This training and educational awareness program will be developed and delivered jointly by the Company and the Union.

The Company agrees that it will provide, on a one time basis, up to two (2) hours without loss of pay for the union bargaining committee to attend Human Rights Training to be provided by the union. The Company will make available a suitable meeting room for the use of such training upon reasonable notice from the union. Supervisory and management employees of the Xxxxxxx shall likewise be entitled to attend such training pro- gram.

The National Union will oversee the spending of this fund. If at the end of any given year Page the entire has not been used, the balance will be carried over into the next year. Any money not used by expiration of the contract will be converted into an employee fund. The plant committee will be in charge of this fund. Social Justice The Company will allocate each year of the contract.
