Common use of Identification of Shifts Clause in Contracts

Identification of Shifts. The first shift will commence between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The second shift will commence between 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The third shift will commence between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. The District retains the right to change the time periods within which shifts will commence provided that the District gives the Association at least two (2) weeks’ notice of any such change.
