Election of Stewards In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect stewards, whose duties shall be to assist any employee (which the xxxxxxx represents) in preparing and presenting their grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
Shop Stewards The Employer agrees to the operation of a Shop Xxxxxxx system which shall be governed by the following:
CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. A full-time employee shall be deemed to be any employee regularly scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. A regular employee is one whose employment is reasonably expected to continue for longer than fifteen (15) months.
Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives I. Applicability and what to report. Rotation of Shifts Employees required to work rotating shifts (day, evening and night duty) shall be scheduled in such a way as to, as equitably as possible, assign the rotation equally. This does not preclude an Employee from being continuously assigned to an evening or night shift at the Employee’s request where such continuing assignment is acceptable to the Employer.
Client Classification 7.1. We shall not have an obligation to treat our clients in different classes depending on their knowledge and expertise.
Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.
Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager. An employee may request and shall receive a copy of any record or document contained in the employee’s personnel file.
