Identifying and evaluating archaeological resources. If a project involves ground-disturbing activities that are not exempt activities in Appendix A and if the project location has been determined by SHPO to have the potential to yield information about archaeological properties that may be affected, as noted on the Section 106 PRF, then the project must be reviewed and approved by a qualified archaeological professional. Ground-disturbing activities include, but are not limited to: new construction; construction of roads and parking lots; land clearance and tree cutting in preparation for construction; excavation for footings and foundations; and installation or replacement of sewer, water, storm drains, electrical, gas, xxxxx lines, and septic tanks, unless included in Appendix A: exempt activities. Notwithstanding the above, and in accord with the Council’s “Policy Statement on Affordable Housing and Historic Preservation” (Appendix B), archaeological investigations are not required for affordable housing projects limited to rehabilitation and requiring minimal ground disturbance, which is generally defined as covering an area no more than 10 by 10 feet and no deeper than 6 inches. Identification and evaluation of archaeological resources should be carried out by a qualified archaeological professional as early as possible during project planning, and should be revisited if the scope of ground disturbance changes The qualified archaeological professional and VHCB shall consult with SHPO and any federally recognized tribes that may attach religious and cultural significance to historic properties that may be affected by the project. . It is desirable and generally most cost effective at any stage of study outlined in 3d, e, and f (below) to avoid sites through appropriate conditions placed on the project design and construction specifications. Such conditions to preserve the site will be negotiated between VHCB and the qualified archaeological professional and the approach approved by SHPO.

  • REPORTING AND EVALUATION The Provider agrees to comply with 7 AAC 81.120, Confidentiality and 7 AAC 81.150, Reports, and other applicable state or federal law regarding the submission of information, including the provisions of Section VI of this Agreement. The Provider agrees to submit any reporting information required under this Agreement and to make available information deemed necessary by DHSS to evaluate the efficacy of service delivery or compliance with applicable state or federal statutes or regulations. The Provider agrees to provide state officials and their representatives access to facilities, systems, books and records, for the purpose of monitoring compliance with this Agreement and evaluating services provided under this Agreement. On-site Quality Assurance Reviews may be conducted by DHSS staff to ensure compliance with service protocols. The Provider will ensure that DHSS staff has access to program files for the purposes of follow-up, quality assurance monitoring and fiscal administration of the program.

  • Additional Resources The WLSC may establish workgroups that include other department representatives and/or subject matter experts. These subcommittees will conform with rules established by the WLSC.

  • Water Resources Four (4) Union Stewards unless the unit falls below sixty (60) employees and then not more than two (2) Union Stewards.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement.   • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”.

  • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).

  • Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”
