Illness in Employee’s Family. Sick leave up to three (3) days in any one instance may be claimed by an employee after notifying the employee’s supervisor when a member of the employee’s immediate family, as defined in Section 25.04, is ill or injured, and the employee’s presence is required. Additional sick leave may be claimed if said employees’ presence is requested, in writing, by a doctor.See the preceding Section of 25.03F.

  • in Employment If the total value of this contract is in excess of $10,000, Pur- chaser agrees during its performance as follows:
