Impact of Sick Call on XX. x. If a Reserve calls in sick for an ER day, the following day of her/his block becomes the ER day. If s/he is sick for more than one day, the day s/he returns to Reserve status within the current block is designated the ER day. If a Reserve calls in sick for an entire block of Reserve days, the ER day is not carried over to the next block.
