Implementation and Duration. 4.1 The Economic Development Obligations shall, where applicable, be implemented as indicated in Annex 10 (Quarterly Obligations) of this Schedule 7 (Economic Development Obligations). 4.2 The Seller shall, as part of its reporting in terms of this Agreement, procure that its chief executive officer reports to the Buyer or the Economic Development Independent Monitor (if one is appointed) the progress made in performing the Economic Development Obligations in respect of the relevant measurement periods.
