Attendance Stipend. A teacher will receive $550 if 0 days of sick and personal leave are used, $450 if 1 day is used, $350 if 2 days are used, or $250 if 3 days are used for that school year. Payment will be made on a separate payroll check (since it isn’t subject to retirement) on the last pay of June.

Attendance Stipend. 1For the periods of January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31, employees will receive a $100 stipend for no absence and $50 stipend for utilizing one (1) personal day or for a partial sick instance. Xxxxxxx will be issued in the first pay of December and the first pay of July.
Attendance Stipend. For the 2018-2019 year, the GCS may establish and implement an attendance program that provides teachers with a stipend for exemplary attendance. Teachers who are absent less than 10 days shall receive a stipend of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900), less Ninety Dollars ($90) per full or partial day absent. Payment shall be made on the second payday in June. Days missed due to military duty, jury duty, bereavement leave, and professional development (district) will not constitute absences under the program. Within these parameters, the Corporation may implement this provision without bargaining. This provision shall expire at the end of the 2018-2019 year. This will not affect the accrual or accumulation of unused personal or sick leave days.
Attendance Stipend. 26.1 On a trial basis, for the 2019-2020 school year, an Attendance Stipend shall be created. The maximum stipend that a teacher could earn during the 2018-2019 school year shall be thirteen (13) days times seventy five dollars ($75.00) per day for a total of $975.00. If, during the 2019-2020 school year, a teacher uses one or more day(s) of leave (any combination of personal illness, emergency leave, personal leave, family illness leave or bereavement leave, other than death(s) within the teacher’s immediate family) the stipend to which the teacher shall be entitled shall be reduced by seventy five dollars ($75.00) for each day used. The Attendance Stipend shall be paid to the teacher during the month of June, 2020. This stipend was bargained outside of the compensation plan in accordance with legal guidance and decisions issued by the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board.
26.2 The goal of the Attendance Stipend is to improve teacher attendance in an effort to increase the number of days students receive instruction from a highly qualified licensed teacher. At the end of the 2018-2019 school year the parties will meet to determine the effectiveness of the Attendance Stipend and to decide if the Attendance Stipend should be implemented for the 2019-2020 school year.
26.3 Teachers with less than ninety (90) days of personal illness leave, and/or emergency leave, accumulated as of the 2014-2015 school year shall be entitled to the Attendance Stipend for unused days during the 2018-2019 school year and the personal illness leave, emergency leave, and/or personal leave day(s) shall continue to accrue as emergency leave, and or personal illness leave, until reaching the cap of ninety (90) days. Teachers with ninety (90) days or more of Personal Illness Leave and/or Emergency Leave accumulated as of the 2014-2015 school year shall be grandfathered with the amount of Personal Illness Leave and/or Emergency Leave days they have accumulated. Teachers with ninety (90) days or more of Personal Illness Leave and/or Emergency Leave accumulated as of the 2014-2015 school year shall be entitled to the Attendance Stipend for unused days during the 2018-2019 school year, however, the Personal Illness Leave, Emergency Leave, and/or personal leave day, for which they are compensated shall not be added to their accumulated Personal Illness Leave and/or Emergency Leave.
Attendance Stipend. During the 2021-2022 school year, each teacher shall receive a $200.00 stipend if he/she is absent 5 or less contracted days.
Attendance Stipend. 1. Exemplary teacher attendance of no more than three (3) total missed days in said contract year (excludes professional development), a stipend of $500 will be given at the end of a school year.
2. Excellent teacher attendance of no more than five (5) total missed days in said contract year (excludes professional development), a stipend of $250 will be given at the end of a school year.
Attendance Stipend. If attendance is perfect during any quarter of the year the office worker shall receive an additional stipend of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for that quarter.
