IMPLEMENTATION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The administration shall introduce all legislation necessary to implement and give full force and effect to the provisions of any Memorandum of Understanding negotiated to succeed this Memorandum of Understanding, and the Administration and Association shall support all such legislation, both before the Personnel and Salary Advisory Board and the County Council.
