Eligibility for Vacation Accrual. Time spent by an employee in actual State service or on Peace Corps, military, or job-incurred disability leave without pay shall be considered as time in the State service in determining length of service for vacation credits.
Eligibility for Vacation Accrual. An employee must be in pay status at least one day in the payroll period which includes the 15th of the month in order to accrue vacation for that month.
