- Implementation of Significant Workplace Change. The University will provide a Staff Member whose position is to be made Redundant written notice of the date the position will be made Redundant and the reasons why the position is Redundant. An Academic Staff Member may initiate and progress a review in accordance with Clause 72, Review of Redundancy Decision (Academic Staff) in which case the position will not be made Redundant under this Clause 71 until the provisions of Clause 72 have been complied with and finalised.
