Improved Qualifications. 1. Teachers who improve their qualification(s) shall, on the effective date of improving the qualification(s), move to the step in the appropriate scale corresponding to their current salary rate in the lower scale. Where their current salary rate is lower than the entry step for the new (improved) qualification group, they shall be placed on the applicable entry step.
