IMPROVED QUALIFICATIONS. Upon obtaining the appropriate qualifications for Q2, Q3 or Q3+ a teacher shall be entitled to progress annually to the appropriate qualifications maximum, providing the teacher meets the requirements for progression. Teachers who improve their qualification(s) shall, on the effective date of improving the qualification(s), receive at least the minimum commencing step for the new qualification(s).
