IN PAY. An employee reporting for emergency duty at the Employer's request for work not scheduled in advance and which is outside of and not continuous with his/her regular work period, shall be guaranteed at least three (3) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half. An employee who reports for scheduled work without being notified not to report will be given a minimum of three (3) hours work, or at the option of the Employer, will receive three (3) hours pay at his/her regular straight time rate plus shift premium if applicable, unless work is not available because of power failure, Act of God or other cause beyond the control of the Employer.
