Inadvertent/Accidental Activation. An officer may inadvertently/accidently record themselves or others. These particular inadvertent/accidental recordings typically do not meet the statutory definition of a public record (as described in RCW 40.14.010) because they are not made "in connection with the transaction of public business" and as such may be deleted. In the event of an accidental activation of the body worn camera where the resulting recording is of no perceived investigative or evidentiary value, the recording employee may request that the body camera video in question be deleted forthwith by submitting a written request, by email, including the date and time of the inadvertent/accidental recording through their chain of command to the Bureau Commander or designee. The Bureau Commander or designee shall approve or deny the request and forward the decision to the TPD Records Manager for action.

In the event of an accidental activation of the BWC or ICV where the resulting recording is of not perceived investigative or evidentiary value, the recording employee may request that the BWC or ICV video in question be deleted forthwith by submitting a written memorandum, by email, including the date and time of the inadvertent/accidental recording through their chain of command to the Bureau Commander or designee. The Bureau Commander shall approve or deny the request and forward the decision to the BWC and ICV project manager for deletion. Records of deletions should be kept on file in accordance with RCW 40.14.070 as identified in WA SOS Records Management Advice.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Prevention of Avoidance The Parties shall implement as necessary requirements to prevent Financial Institutions from adopting practices intended to circumvent the reporting required under this Agreement.

  • Service Activation For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Free Trials - All free trial orders are manually processed. If we deem your order to be suspicious or high risk, we will notify you and request additional information before process the order. Failure to comply with our request for more information will result in cancellation of the order. For existing customers - the services for existing customers, including upgrade services and renewals, are activated immediately after our Sales Department receives the according service payment.

  • Communicable Disease Bodily injury" or "property damage" which arises out of the transmission of a communi- cable disease by an "insured";

  • Communicable Diseases Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.

  • Unauthorized Transactions You are not responsible for unauthorized Transactions. A Transaction is considered an “unauthorized Transaction” if we complete an investigation and determine that: • The Account was used by someone other than you; • You did not receive any benefit from the Transaction; • You co-operated fully with us in our investigation; and • You followed your responsibilities under this Agreement, including in these sections: i. “Unauthorized Transactions” , ii. “Using the Account”

  • Deactivation Computershare applications shall automatically deactivate a User ID after a specified number of unsuccessful log-in attempts. Sessions must be restricted or timed out after a defined period of inactivity and require Users to re-authenticate. User IDs for Computershare Personnel with access to Customer Confidential Information shall be deactivated immediately upon changes in job responsibilities that render such access unnecessary, or upon termination of employment.

  • Prior Disaster Relief Contract Violation Under Sections 2155.006 and 2261.053 of the Texas Government Code (relating to convictions and penalties regarding Hurricane Xxxx, Hurricane Xxxxxxx, and other disasters), the Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Other Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services The following table specifies the methods of procurement, other than Quality and Cost-based Selection, which may be used for consultants’ services.
