Incident Accommodations. In the interest of the health and safety of Unit 8 employees assigned for extended periods to emergency incidents, the department authorizes the use of motels and other comparable facilities for sleeping and freshening up. The use of these facilities will be administered in accordance with departmental policy found in the Incident Fiscal Management Handbook.

Incident Accommodations. In the interest of the health and safety of employees assigned for extended periods greater than three (3) days to emergency incidents, the State may authorize the use of motels and other comparable facilities for sleeping and freshening up, in coordination with the Incident Commander or the Incident Command Team. Employees of the same gender assigned to incidents may be required to share rooms if available.

  • Special Accommodations Any person requiring a special accommodation due to a disability should contact the Department’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, at (000) 000-0000. Requests for accommodation for meetings must be made at least five workdays prior to the meeting.   • Reasonable Accommodations Landlord agrees to comply with all applicable laws providing equal housing opportunities, including making reasonable accommodations for known physical or mental limitations of qualified individuals with a disability, unless undue hardship on Landlord would result.
