INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND EMERGENCY. In accordance with the Access Code for LNG Truck Loading, the Terminal Operator may take all measures it deems necessary to guarantee and/or restore the safety and system integrity of the LNG Installation in case of an incident or emergency. In case of incident or emergency, Terminal Operator shall be entitled in particular to suspend its obligations under this LTL. In such case Terminal Operator shall inform the Client of the event or circumstances constituting an Emergency. Whenever deemed required, the Terminal Operator might activate the incident & emergency procedure as defined in the Access Code for LNG Truck Loading. In the latter case, the incident or the emergency qualifies as an Emergency and the Terminal Operator shall notify the Clients as soon as reasonably possible.

Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan.

  • Emergency Medical Services Fire District agrees to provide emergency medical services within its jurisdiction. Fire District shall respond one emergency medical service vehicle upon any request for such service.
