Incidental Services Fees. In certain circumstances, we also charge fees for incidental services. Generally, we charge these fees on the basis of recovering the costs incurred by us in providing these services. These fees include (but are not limited to): • $55 (incl GST) cheque dishonour fee if a cheque you deposit is not paid by your bank • $55 (incl GST) direct debit dishonour fee if a direct debit is not paid by your bank • $27.50 (incl GST) per holding, for security transfers to or from the IMA • $132 (incl GST) per hour time based service fee for services such as cost base adjustments. Macquarie reserves the right to amend these fees with thirty (30) days prior written notice.

Incidental Services Fees. The Client will be liable for any costs properly incurred in the performance by Xxxxxxx of its duties, including taxes, brokerage, cost of settlement, transfer and registration charges and reasonable expenses in connection with buying, selling or holding investments in the Portfolio, any payment or transfer of investments to the Client or any other act requested by the Client or otherwise arising out of Xxxxxxx acting in accordance with this Agreement. Xxxxxxx shall deliver to the Client a statement of any expenses when delivering the written Valuation in respect of the Portfolio as at the last Valuation Date in each quarter. SCHEDULE 4INVESTMENT POLICY STATEMENT ( or IPS)‌ The purpose of the IPS is to document investment objectives, goals and guidelines used for our investment advice and/or strategy. We also maintain an Investor Profile (or IP) for you based on information provided by you and collated by us using artificial intelligence and machine learning tools which we use for determining your asset allocation and other additional security or sector restrictions. These are available to you on request and should be reviewed by you on a periodic basis. Any modifications you wish to make to the IPS/ IP must be notified in writing to Xxxxxxx and will not apply until we have agreed to the change. ASSET ALLOCATION The investment strategy or recommendation will be based on the asset allocation outlined in your IP. Where Xxxxxxx provides investment management services, Xxxxxxx will aim to bring your Portfolio in line with the recommended asset allocation within fourteen (14) days from the date that your Portfolio is funded. Subsequent changes in asset allocation necessitated by changes in market prices/valuations, changes in IPS/IP or the addition of incremental funds will also be executed in fourteen (14) days from relevant date.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time.   • Dental Services The following dental services are not covered, except as described under Dental Services in Section 3: • Dental injuries incurred as a result of biting or chewing. • General dental services including, but not limited to, extractions including full mouth extractions, prostheses, braces, operative restorations, fillings, frenectomies, medical or surgical treatment of dental caries, gingivitis, gingivectomy, impactions, periodontal surgery, non-surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, including appliances or restorations necessary to increase vertical dimensions or to restore the occlusion. • Panorex x-rays or dental x-rays. • Orthodontic services, even if related to a covered surgery. • Dental appliances or devices. • Preparation of the mouth for dentures and dental or oral surgeries such as, but not limited to, the following: o apicoectomy, per tooth, first root; o alveolectomy including curettage of osteitis or sequestrectomy; o alveoloplasty, each quadrant; o complete surgical removal of inaccessible impacted mandibular tooth mesial surface; o excision of feberous tuberosities; o excision of hyperplastic alveolar mucosa, each quadrant; o operculectomy excision periocoronal tissues; o removal of partially bony impacted tooth; o removal of completely bony impacted tooth, with or without unusual surgical complications; o surgical removal of partial bony impaction; o surgical removal of impacted maxillary tooth; o surgical removal of residual tooth roots; and o vestibuloplasty with skin/mucosal graft and lowering the floor of the mouth. Dialysis Services • The following dialysis services received in your home: o installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; o moving expenses for relocating the machine; o installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; and o training in the operation of the dialysis machine when the training in the operation of the dialysis machine is billed as a separate service. • Dialysis services received in a physician’s office.

  • Dental Services Plan The Corporation agrees to provide a Dental Plan for the benefit of Regular Full-Time Employees who have completed six (6) months of continuous service and Temporary Full-Time Employees who have completed twelve (12) months of continuous service which provides for the following services:

  • Services Fee 5.1 The Transmission Services performed by TSO to Network User under this Standard Transmission Agreement are subject to the applicable Services fee calculated in accordance with attachment A of the Access Code for Transmission. In the event of any modification to the Regulated Tariffs, the Total Monthly Fee(s) and the Total Monthly Self-billing Fee(s) provided for in this Article 5.1 shall be adapted as from the calendar day of the entering into force of the modifications.

We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Supplemental Services For requests for supplemental services relating to eBuyITT Invoice Processing by Service Receiver not mentioned in this Schedule or not included within the costs documented in this agreement, Service Receiver will provide a discreet project request and submit such request to Service Provider using the formalized Change Request attached as Annex A for consideration by Service Provider. Where notice is required a number of business days prior to some required action by Service Provider, notice must be received by 12 noon Eastern Time to be counted as received during such business day. Service Provider shall, within a commercially reasonable period, provide a price quote to be commercially reasonable based on the current cost of the Services to Service Receiver taking into account, such items as the specific time the request was made, service delivery volumes, exit planning activities, and other activities Service Provider is currently engaged in at the time of the request, but not later than 30 days after the request was made. If Service Provider, in its sole discretion determines (i) such request would increase the ongoing operating costs for Service Provider (as a service recipient) or any other service receiver or (ii) that it is not capable of making such changes with its current staff during the time period requested without interrupting the Services provided to itself or any other service receiver. Service Provider need not provide a price quote or perform the services. Where a price quote is provided, Service Provider shall provide the service requested upon acceptance of the price.

  • Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:

  • Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.
