INCLEMENT CONDITIONS. When, in the judgment of the Agency Head/Functional Unit Manager or designee, weather conditions require the curtailing of institutions operations within the employees regularly scheduled work day and the employees are ordered home, the employees will be paid for the remainder of their regularly scheduled shift.
