INCLEMENT CONDITIONS. (Excludes Correctional Officer Series) Section 1. When, in the judgment of the Agency Head/Functional Unit Manager or designee, weather conditions or other hazardous conditions require the closing or curtailing of State offices and institutions within the employees' regularly scheduled work day and the employees are ordered home, the employees will be paid for the remainder of their regularly scheduled shift.
