INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. 21.1 When an employee reports at the beginning of a shift, but is unable to commence work because weather conditions are unsuitable, he shall receive two (2) hours' pay at the appropriate straight-time rate plus shift differential if on shift or the appropriate premium rate if on overtime, plus travel allowance where applicable. The employee shall remain at his place of work for two (2) hours unless he is permitted to leave by his Employer.
