Across the Board Wage Increases. 190 2021 Wage Increase: All bargaining unit employees shall receive a four percent (4.0%) across the board (ATB) wage increase effective as of the first full pay period that begins 120 days after ratification of this agreement. 191 2022 Wage Increase: All bargaining unit employees shall receive a three percent (3%) across the board (ATB) wage increase effective as of the first full pay period that begins 120 days after ratification of this agreement. The 3% ATB shall be calculated after the 2021 4% ATB is calculated. 192 2023 Wage Increase: All bargaining unit employees shall receive a three percent (3%) across the board (ATB) wage increase effective as of the first full pay period that begins after September 30, 2023. 193 2024 Wage Increase: All bargaining unit employees shall receive a three percent (3%) across the board (ATB) wage increase effective as of the first full pay period that begins after September 30, 2024.
Across the Board Wage Increases. Upon ratification, the Parties agreed upon the following across-the-board wage increases to be paid retroactively:
Across the Board Wage Increases. Wage Scale Adjustments: Wage scale adjustments are effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period beginning on or after March 1st of the applicable year stated on the wage scale unless specified differently below. Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following ratification, – a three percent (3.0%) across-the-board increase will be made retroactive to March 2, 2020. Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following March 1, 2021 – Two and one half percent (2.5%) increase across-the-board. Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following March 1, 2022 – Two and one half percent (2.5%) increase across-the-board.
Across the Board Wage Increases. 188 • 2018 Wage Increase: All bargaining unit employees shall receive a three percent (3.0%) across the board (ATB) wage increase effective as of the first full pay period to begin after ratification of the agreement. 189 • 2019 Wage Increase: All bargaining unit employees shall receive a two and three quarters percent (2.75%) across the board (ATB) wage increase effective as of the first full pay period to begin after ratification of the agreement. 190 191 192 193
Across the Board Wage Increases. Across-the-Board wage increases will be granted in accordance with the National Agreement.
Across the Board Wage Increases. In addition to the Step Increases outlined above, effective the first day of the first pay period following the first anniversary of ratification, the wage scale in Appendix A and wage enhancements in Appendix B shall increase by 3% above then-current rates. Effective the first day of the first pay period following the second anniversary of ratification, the wage scale in Appendix A and wage enhancements in Appendix B shall increase by 3% above then-current rates. These increases shall be referred to as “Annual Increases”.
Across the Board Wage Increases. Wage Scale Adjustments: Wage scale adjustments are effective the first day of the first pay period beginning on or after March 1 of the applicable year stated on the wage scale. Effective the first day of the first pay period following March 1, 2014 – Two percent(2%) across-the-board. Effective the first day of the first pay period following March 1, 2015- Two percent (2%) increase across-the-board. Effective the first day of the first pay period following March 1, 2016- Two percent (2%) increase across-the-board.
Across the Board Wage Increases. (a) Effective July 1, 2019, a general increase of zero percent (0.00%) shall be granted to employees’ contractual wage rates. See Salary chart (Exhibit 1-A).
(b) Effective July 1, 2020, a general increase of one percent (1.00%) shall be granted to all employees' contractual wage rates and included in Exhibit 1-B, reflecting such granted increase.
(c) Effective July 1, 2021, a general increase of two percent (2.00%) shall be granted to all employees' contractual wage rates and included in Exhibit 1-C, reflecting such granted increase.
(a) Exhibit 1 shall be maintained with the following examples of understanding of its application and use under the provisions of the Agreement:
A. All step adjustments, numbers two through six, are yearly anniversary adjustments, and all movement beyond step six thereafter shall also be anniversary adjustments and/or reviews, with employees then slotting into the appropriate positions up to their longevity merit maximum (25+ years).
B. An employee who is promoted, transferred or reclassified to a position in a higher rate range shall be slotted into the step adjustment of the higher rate range as follows:
Across the Board Wage Increases. First Year Wage Scale Adjustments: Retroactive wage scale adjustments will be effective the first pay period following March 1, 2023. Service Employees: Nine and one half percent (9.5%) across-the-board increase. Technical Employees: Seven percent (7%) across-the-board increase. All employees: Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following March 1, 2024 – Four and one half percent (4.5%) increase across-the-board. All employees: Effective the first (1st) day of the first (1st) pay period following March 1, 2025 – Three and three quarter percent (3.75%) increase across-the-board.
Across the Board Wage Increases. Wage scale adjustments are effective the first day of the first pay period following the effective date or as stated on the wage scale. Upon ratification – two percent (2%) across-the-board increase will take effect. April 1, 2017 – two and one-quarter percent (2.25%) across-the-board increase will take effect. April 1, 2018 – two and one-half percent (2.50%) across-the-board increase will take effect.
