Income/Employment. Prospective Tenants must have verifiable income of at least three (3) times the monthly rental rate. Applicants must provide copies of their most recent paystub or bank statement to verify income, or, alternatively, a letter verifying employment and income from a supervisor on employer letterhead.

Income/Employment. Total combined household income for all applicants must be at least three (3) times the amount of the apartment monthly rental rate. If the applicant is self-employed, retired, or disabled, the applicant must provide photocopies of the tax return from the previous year, financial statements from a certified public accountant, or photocopies of the six (6) most recent bank statements showing proof of ability to pay rent for the term of the lease.

  • Re-Employment If a Participant who incurs a Separation from Service is subsequently re-employed, he or she may, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Plan Administrator, become a Participant in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

  • Future Employment During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, before accepting any employment with any Competitive Business (whether or not Executive believes such employment is prohibited by Section 8), Executive shall disclose to the Company the identity of any such Competitive Business and a complete description of the duties involved in such prospective employment, including a full description of any business, territory or market segment to which Executive will be assigned.   • Former Employment You represent and warrant that your employment by the Company will not conflict with and will not be constrained by any prior employment or consulting agreement or relationship.   • Employment Period Compensation In consideration of the other provisions of this Agreement, and the Executive’s agreement to execute a Release Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, in the event of his termination under relevant circumstances pursuant to which he would be paid severance benefits, ESC shall provide the Executive with the following payments and benefits, both those set forth in this section and elsewhere in this Agreement:

  • Separation of Employment Your employment with the Company has terminated, without cause, effective January 28, 2015 (the “Separation Date”). You understand and acknowledge that, from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company or any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your duties.

  • Employment Termination Date The Employment Termination Date shall be as follows: (i) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by Executive’s death, the date of Executive’s death; (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement, the date specified in the Notice of Termination (the “Employment Termination Date”).
