Incomplete Shifts. When an Employee fails to work a complete shift and minimum conditions do not apply, the Employee shall only be paid for actual time worked.

Incomplete Shifts. If an employee works an incomplete shift on the afternoon or night shift, then the employee's pay for the incomplete shift shall be calculated by dividing the employee's total pay for a regular full shift by the applicable total number of hours he would be required to work to qualify for a full afternoon or night shift, multiplied by the actual hours worked.

As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.
