FULL SHIFT. 24:01 No employee shall be employed for less than a full shift except when discharged for cause or excused at his/her own request.
FULL SHIFT. No full-time employee shall be paid for less than a full shift when beginning work at his/her scheduled reporting time except when disciplined for cause or excused at the employee’s own request.
FULL SHIFT. A. Where appointments cannot be scheduled during nonworking hours, employees whenever possible will be given time off during regular working hours under the provision that the time will be made up at a time acceptable to the employee and the employer or wages deducted for the time absent.
B. No full-time member shall be employed for less than a full shift.
FULL SHIFT. Eight (8) hours of work shall constitute and is herein defined as a full shift.
FULL SHIFT. Work that needs to be filled in its entirety (8-10 hour shifts).
A. Supervisor on a regular day off.
B. If no regular day off Supervisor accepts the work, then the work will be broken up into partial shifts and filled as specified below.
FULL SHIFT. Employees who, with management approval, work their full shift on one of the holidays listed in Section 17.1 shall be compensated at the appropriate rate for all hours worked as specified above. They will not draw from their holiday bank for the day worked. All holiday hours not used will be banked for later use, with management approval, or for cash out.
FULL SHIFT. The Relief Operator will assume the Operator's shift(s) on the Operator's first "Regular Day Off" prior to the leave, and continue working the shift(s) until the last day of the Operator(s) requested leave, i.e. last day of shift(s). At this time, the Relief Operator will assume his/her regular schedule.
FULL SHIFT. The designated back-up shall be assigned the task. Should the designated back-up be unavail- able to accept the assignment, then the opportu- nity shall be offered to: A qualified employee not required to perform their regular function. Any employee with the skill.
FULL SHIFT. Where an employee’s regular function is not re- quired, and where a choice exists, alternate du- ties shall be offered to the affected in descending order of seniority.
