Incorporated Areas. 330 (296 ESMI & 34 Capacity Building) projects were completed in the Incorporated Areas. Of these 296 ESMI projects, 233 have reported performance indicators that fall within the NB PMF. Of the remaining 63 ESMI projects, some were completed late in 2012 and the NB PMF compliant performance indicators were to be reported in their 2013 outcomes report. In addition, some projects are tracking other indicators that still support the goals and objectives of the Agreement, but are not included in the NB PMF as the Department has only included the most common indicators reported. The financial investments in the 330 completed projects and the NB PMF performance indicators for the 233 completed and reported projects are summarized by category. Water The Incorporated Areas completed 67 potable water projects with a total investment of $30,257,408. Of these projects, 44 have reported on the NB PMF indicators. Incorporated Areas. Funds will be disbursed from New Brunswick to incorporated areas based on the receipt by the Province of a capital budget which identifies the investment of Funds, and a funding agreement signed by New Brunswick and the Incorporated Area, containing, at a minimum, those elements contained in Schedule C;
Incorporated Areas. One hundred and fifty-two projects have been completed in Incorporated Areas. Of these, 122 have reported performance indicators that fall under the NB PMF. Of the remaining 30 projects, some were completed late in 2016 and the NB PMF performance indicators will be reported in 2017 outcomes reporting. Some projects are measured by other indicators that support the goals and objectives of the Agreement, but are not included in the NB PMF as New Brunswick has only included the most common indicators reported. Water Incorporated Areas completed 31 potable water related projects with a total investment of $4,244,014. Of these projects, 22 have reported on NB PMF indicators.   • Restricted Areas All persons except DOC personnel, upon entering the grounds are restricted to the immediate area of their work assignment. In order to go to other areas, Contractor personnel must first obtain written permission from the supervisory correctional official in charge. Only persons having official business will be admitted to construction sites.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).   • Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. These areas are: • Capital District • Xxxxxx • Millwood • Xxxxxxxxx • Con Ed • Long Island

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. Such work will be identified by the Authorized User within the RFQ. See “Prevailing Wage Rates – Public Works and Building Services Contracts’ in Appendix B, Clause 10, OGS General Specifications. Any federal or State determination of a violation of any public works law or regulation, or labor law or regulation, or any OSHA violation deemed "serious or willful" may be grounds for a determination of vendor non-responsibility and rejection of proposal. The Prevailing Wage Case Number for this Contract is PRC# 2014011745. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Geographic Location .. The Buyer hereby warrants that the Buyer is not a party to a buyer representation agreement with any other registered real estate brokerage for the purchase or lease of a real property of the general description indicated above.
