Increased Detail. Should any details be more elaborate, in the opinion of the CONTRACTOR, than scale drawings and Specifications warrant, CONTRACTOR shall give written notice thereof to the ARCHITECT within five (5) days of the receipt of same. In case no notice is given to the ARCHITECT within five (5) days, it will be assumed the details are reasonable development of the scale drawings. In case notice is given, then it will be considered, and if found justified, the ARCHITECT will either modify the Drawings or shall recommend to DISTRICT a change order for the Extra Work involved.

Increased Detail. When estimating the effort to prepare the project plans, R.E.Y. used the previous 2020 Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation – RC02 Project plan set as a guide.
