Indefinite Leave Without Pay for Other Reasons a) Upon application, a permanent employee may, for valid reasons, be granted indefinite leave of absence without pay by the Chair of the Public Service Commission upon recommendation of the Permanent Head. The employee shall be required to apply for extension annually, giving proof that original conditions under which leave was granted still prevail.
