Individual Expenses. Each Owner shall be charged for and shall pay the actual expense of the following items attributable to their Use Period(s):
Individual Expenses. The JV AmeriCorps member is also responsible for individual costs including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the service site as needed, medical co-pays and/or deductibles, and other living expenses they incur.
Individual Expenses. Except as otherwise set forth herein, each party will bear its own expenses, including (i) the fees of its own investigations into the value and other characteristics of the portfolio of properties and/or assets being purchased pursuant to the Purchase Agreement; (ii) the fees of its own professional advisors; (iii) the expenses relating to each property or asset being acquired by such party, including without limitation, (a) the cost of any title insurance (for itself or any lender, including lenders of indebtedness assumed by such party in connection with the acquisition of such property or asset under the Purchase Agreement), surveys, title inspections, environmental reports, engineering reports and appraisals that such party elects to obtain, and (b) the amount of any prepayment premiums or similar payments required as a result of a prepayment of debt associated with such property or asset on or prior to the Closing Date.
Individual Expenses. The Lessee shall pay all utility costs (water, gas, electricity, telephone/telefax connections, etc.) as well as all related expenses such as meter rental costs and connection fees, consumption costs, etc. The Lessor and the Lessee shall make the necessary arrangements to transfer any pre-existing subscriptions from the Lessor to the Lessee, with effect from the Start Date as referred to in Article 3.1 above.
Individual Expenses. Each Party shall pay the expenses incurred in its operations and shall not be responsible for the payment of the expenses of any other Party.

Each party agrees to be responsible for the payment of all expenses incurred by or on behalf of it in connection with the preparation, authorization, execution and performance of this Agreement, including without limitation all fees of counsel, accountants and consultants incurred by that party, whether or not this transaction is completed.
Individual Expenses. Each party shall be responsible for their own expenses as it relates to this Agreement, with the exception of any that are incurred on behalf of the Joint Venture in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
