Individual Grievance Step 1. Grievance(s) must be submitted in writing to the Principal, Immediate Supervisor or Designate within twenty (20) school days of the time the grievor became aware of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance. Within ten (10) school days of receipt of the grievance, a meeting will be held with the grievor, a Union representative and the Principal, Immediate Supervisor or Designate. The Principal, Immediate Supervisor or Designate shall respond to the grievance in writing within ten (10) school days of the meeting.
