Individual salary element. In addition to the job’s competence classification, an employee’s salary is related to his or her personal competence. The amount and development of the sum added to the mini- mum salary depends on the employee’s personal competence. Competence here signifies all the characteristics of the employee that have a direct or indi- rect effect on the fulfilment of the duties included in the job. Competence evaluations are carried out by the employer on the basis of competence criteria chosen by the company. Personal competence is always evaluated in relation to the employee’s job at the time.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions.   • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
