Industrial First Aid Requirements. (a) The Employer and the Union agree that the first aid regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with. (b) Where the Employer requires an employee to obtain or renew a Survival or Industrial First Aid Certificate, all costs shall be borne by the Employer.
