Inefficiency Assessment. An employee whose work performance is considered by the Company to be inefficient will be assessed over a period of up to three (3) months. The employee will be assessed by no less than two (2) Company employees, one of whom may be the employee’s supervisor. One other will be another Company employee who is familiar with the work to be performed and who is agreed between the Company and the employee. The period of time required for the assessment will be agreed between the two (2) Company assessors specified above.

  • Security Assessment If Accenture reasonably determines, or in good faith believes, that Supplier’s security practices or procedures do not meet Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement, then Accenture will notify Supplier of the deficiencies. Supplier will without unreasonable delay: (i) correct such deficiencies at its own expense; (ii) permit Accenture, or its duly authorized representatives, to assess Supplier’s security-related activities that are relevant to the Agreement; and (iii) timely complete a security questionnaire from Accenture on a periodic basis upon Accenture’s request. Security issues identified by Accenture will be assigned risk ratings and an agreed-to timeframe to remediate. Supplier will remediate all the security issues identified within the agreed to timeframes. Upon Supplier’s failure to remediate any high or medium rated security issues within the stated timeframes, Accenture may terminate the Agreement in accordance with Section 8 above.

  • PROPERTY ASSESSMENT The Buyer and Seller hereby acknowledge that the Province of Ontario has implemented current value assessment and properties may be re-assessed on an annual basis. The Buyer and Seller agree that no claim will be made against the Buyer or Seller, or any Brokerage, Broker or Salesperson, for any changes in property tax as a result of a re-assessment of the property, save and except any property taxes that accrued prior to the completion of this transaction.

  • Performance Improvement Process 9.5.1 The purpose of the Performance Improvement Process is to remedy or mitigate the impact of a Performance Factor. Upon the JBE’s request, Contractor shall, at its expense, perform, or cause to have performed an assessment of Contractor’s compliance with its privacy and data security obligations.
